BigAir to buy Link Innovations

Australian wireless broadband services provider BigAir will buy Link Innovations for a total consideration of between AUD 1.75 and 2.75 million, based on performance. Link has a complementary wireless network that will extend the reach of the BigAir footprint in several markets.
