Telstra Global enhances global reach by opening 9 PoPs

Telstra Global , the global arm of Australia's Telstra (ASX: TLS.AX), on Wednesday announced that it is expanding its network coverage with nine new points of presence (PoPs) in Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States. These new PoPs include key cities in each region, including London, Marseilles, Stockholm, Osaka, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong and Chicago. Given the global growth of their carrier and large enterprise customers, a key point of the offering is the ability to ensure SLAs for various network connectivity options such as Ethernet and cloud are met end-to-end regardless of location.
