Portland, Ore.-based Integra Telecom is launching E-LAN Carrier Ethernet services to provide multipoint-to-multipoint Layer 2 Virtual Private Networks (VPN) for multi-location customers. Integra says its new E-LAN services allow customers to scale their corporate or campus networks across multiple locations easily, with full control over quality of service (QoS).
